1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of digital products (ebooks) offered on the website www.etravelbook.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), published by Marine Harel, founder of eTravel Book.
The activity consists of providing downloadable digital travel guides designed to help users plan their trips independently.
2. Products
The products sold are digital travel ebooks, available exclusively in PDF format.
Each guide contains tips, addresses, itineraries, and sightseeing suggestions for informational and personal use only.
No physical product is shipped.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
eTravel Book reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the buyer.
4. Order and Payment
Orders are placed via the Website. Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or PayPal.
No account creation is required.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these GTCS.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. In the event of a technical issue, delivery may take up to a few hours.
After payment validation, the buyer receives an automatic email containing a download link for the ebook.
⚠️ This link can be used only once.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to download and save the file immediately on their device.
6. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products whose performance has begun after the consumer’s express consent.
By purchasing an ebook on the Website, the buyer expressly agrees to:
the immediate performance of the contract,
the loss of their right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
The content of the ebooks is created with care and based on the author’s personal experience.
However, eTravel Book cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the information for every traveler.
eTravel Book shall not be held liable in the event of any error, omission, or on-site change.
8. Intellectual Property
The ebooks are original creations protected by copyright.
They are intended for strictly personal and non-commercial use.
Any reproduction, distribution, or public dissemination, even in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

10. Governing Law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the editor’s place of residence.
